1. About MarketLifter

MarketLifter provides digital tools to help online sellers create eBay listing drafts, including product titles, descriptions, keywords and listing layouts.

2. Digital Products

MarketLifter is a digital service. No physical product will be shipped. Access instructions will be provided after purchase.

3. Plans and Listing Credits

Each plan includes a fixed number of listing credits and features as described on the pricing page:

  • Basic: £20 — 25 lifetime listing credits.

  • Advanced: £40 — 60 lifetime listing credits.

  • Gold: £60 — 100 lifetime listing credits.

Credits are subject to the limits and usage rules of the plan purchased.

4. Payments and Refunds

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before providing immediate digital access and explain any effect on your cancellation rights.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing listing drafts before publishing them. You must ensure that product information is accurate and complies with eBay's policies and applicable laws.

MarketLifter does not guarantee sales, listing approval or specific business results.

6. Intellectual Property

You may use generated listing drafts for your lawful business activities. You may not copy, resell or redistribute MarketLifter's software, branding or underlying service without permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep MarketLifter available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
